Rider Policy

Approved riders welcome. Because life doesn't stop when you're on the road.

Detention Pay

Your time has value. When shippers or receivers run over, detention pay kicks in. You don't absorb that cost.

Straight Answers.
No Runaround.

We build pay around your lane and experience — so we'd rather talk numbers directly than post a generic figure. Our drivers consistently say they earn more here than their last carrier. Call or text (830) 209-7596 and ask. Weekly direct deposit, every Friday.
We require a valid CDL-A and at least 1 year of verifiable OTR or regional experience. Clean MVR preferred. If you're not sure whether you qualify, call us — we'd rather talk than have you guess.
2020 and newer Peterbilts, Internationals, and Volvos. Maintained on a strict PM schedule in our own in-house shop. You won't be dealing with deferred maintenance or equipment that makes your job harder.
Home time varies by lane. OTR lanes run longer stretches; dedicated lanes offer more predictable schedules. We're upfront about what to expect — call us and ask about current lane specifics. We won't oversell it.
